We introduce ours is a leading foundry situated at 8akrol, Bajrang-Dhamarwan road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India) manufacturing and supplying Sand castinqs in As cast / Proof machined / Fully machined condition as per customer’s Specification / Drawing / Oesign / Samples having Annual capacity of 1000 MT.
We have been supplying castings to various industries such as Valves & Pumps, Mining, Earth moving, load equipments, Power plants, Engineering Ind. Etc. in various material grades of Carbon Stee/, Alloy Steel, Stainless steel, Heat Resistance Steel, Super Duplex Steel & Nickel alloys, Copper Alloys etc. under various Third party inspection agencies such as IBR, Lloyd’s, PDIL, NPCL,TUV,UDHE,DNV, ABS,IRS.
We do have our own pattern shop and shall be able to develop wooden/metallic patterns also as per your drg./sampIes/requirements. We do fix up most of our customer’s patterns on Match-plate with all necessary prefixed accessories to achieve better productivity, quality and at the top consistency.
We shall be able to manufacture and supply castings meeting with international quality standards along with necessary tests like RADIOGRAPHY, MPI, OPT, ULTRASONIC test etc.
We would like to inform you that, we can also develop machining (If reqd. to be supplied in fully/partial machined castingsj of Valve castings as have been regularly supplying fully machined components to few of our customers.
Our MD has got vast experience (more than 32 years) of development of various types of abrasive material grade castings being used in Earth moving equipment, Marine application castings, Defence application castings, Cement plants, Crusher machines and many more such industries for domestic as well as for Exports- Leading manufacturers like TYCO-W.Australia, SAPAG -france, HOPKINSON -UK, ARMATURY-Czech republic, STALKER PUMPS-W.australia), SANDVlK-finland.
Development of the different parts was executed Right from pattern making to Finish machining (Ready to assemble) to the customer’s desired satisfactory quality level.
